How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size, and add the item to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (if applicable).
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be edited or canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, we begin processing your order. If you need assistance, contact us right away at info@acidrainstudios.com.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and are always adding new locations.
How long does shipping take?

How much does shipping cost?
All orders are charged a flat rate shipping of $8.00 for all domestic orders.

How do I know what size to order?
All items run true to size, unless otherwise stated in the items description.

How should I care for my clothing?
Wash all items on delicate, in cold water. Hang dry or tumble dry. We recommend following these guidelines to ensure longevity.

No account is required — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and save items to your cart.

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, it most likely will not return. Please be ready to shop once the store has opened. Our shop opens for 7 days only each month. Once we close, the drop and collection is gone.
